Flex90 Tricep Handle

The FLEX90 is a unique twist on the existing tricep rope. The knobs in the original rope have been replaced with strong, polyfiber 90° handles. Flex90 is more comfortable to use without causing unnecessary strain on the hands and wrists. It allows the user to achieve a deeper, ergonomically correct extension for precise muscle development.
